Green View Villa had many upgrades last year to maintain its high standard. These included painting, new lounge furniture, dining suite, king and queen beds in the master bedrooms and new bedding throughout. The pool has been changed from a chlorine system to a salt water filtration system which is much softer and kinder to skin and hair and has the advantage of 'no more red stinging eyes'.

It has a large open plan great room, high ceilings, air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Entertainment is available for all including; cable televisions in all rooms, Playstation 2, multi region DVD, CD and radio, selection of books and games for all ages, air hockey, football table and electronic darts board. Wi Fi access is available throughout, including by the pool, and for those travelling without a laptop a desktop is provided.

In the double garage is a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

 

The villa has its own private pool (heating optional extra) with underwater lighting and lanai overlooking the golf course. Florida glass has been added to the pool screen for additional privacy. For relief from the hot sun, our covered lanai with patio table and chairs is the place to be. Sun loungers are provided for those wishing to soak up the tropical sun. When the sun goes down subtle lighting makes it ideal for alfresco meals and drinks or a BBQ. The pool is also protected by a safety fence, which is required by state law if children are present, but can be removed for adult parties.

A high chair, travel cot and a buggy/stroller are provided for use by our younger guets.

More Details

	Great Room - fully tiled with a large bay window at the side and high ceiling complete with ceiling fan. New comfortable sectional sofa with chaise and additional seating area. Desktop computer for those not travelling with a laptop.
Dining Area - The table extends and will comfortably seat 8 people.   It is conveniently placed to look out over the pool area and golf course.
	Kitchen - fully equipped with everything you could ever need in a home away from home; ice maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waste disposal unit, telephone, crockery, cutlery and glassware and plenty of cooking equipment and utensils.
1st Master Bedroom has views of the golf course and patio doors lead out to the covered lanai.  This room has a Sealy Posturpedic king sized bed, cable television, clock/radio alarm and telephone.  A large walk in closet, with plenty of hanging space and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom also doubles as a pool bathroom with an access door leading directly to the pool area.  It has a shower, toilet, wash basin with a large lit mirror over and a hairdryer.
	2nd Master Bedroom - has a queen bed, cable television, clock/radio alarm, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over, toilet, vanity unit with a large lit mirror and a hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms - the villa has two twin bedrooms, each with twin beds, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, cable television.
	Bathroom - the main family bathroom is near the twin bedrooms and has a bath with shower over, toilet and a large lit mirror and vanity unit.  There is also a cupboard with an ample supply of towels, bathrooms scales and linen hamper.
Pool Area - the pool is salt water filtered pool within a screened patio area. Florida glass has been added to the bottom panel of the screen enclosure for added privacy. The pool is protected by a safety fence, which is removable for adult parties but current law states it should be kept in position if children are present. There are built in steps at one end and a seat at the other.  The pool has underwater lighting and heating, which is advisable during the winter months. The pool area includes a covered lanai, a great asset in the hot Florida sun, and overlooks the golf course.  The patio table and chairs, sun loungers and outside lighting make it a great place any time of day or night be it for breakfast, a BBQ or alfresco drink at the end of a busy day.  The villa is serviced and maintained by our management company on a regular basis.     For our latest pictures please see here.
