Green View Villa is equipped to a high standard. It has a large open plan great room, high ceilings, air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms.
We provide plenty of entertainment for all ages including; cable televisions in all rooms, Playstation 2, multi region DVD, CD and radio, a selection of books and games for all ages, air hockey, football table and electronic darts board. Wi fi access is available throughout as well as by the poolside and a computer with high speed broadband.
In the double garage is a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
The villa has its own private pool (heating optional extra) with underwater lighting and lanai overlooking the the golf course. Florida glass has been added to the pool screen for additional privacy. For relief from the hot sun, our covered lanai with patio table and chairs is the place to be. Sun loungers are provided for those wishing to soak up the tropical sun. When the sun goes down subtle lighting makes it ideal for alfresco meals and drinks or a BBQ. The pool is also protected by a safety fence, which is required by state law if children are present, but can be removed for adult only parties.
A high chair, travel cot and a buggy/stroller are provided free of charge for use by our younger guests.
Telephone calls throughout America and Canada are free of charge. For international calls we recommend purchasing a phone card, available from most shops.
Towels, pool towels and bed linens are provided free of charge.

Dine in style around our formal dining table which comfortably seats 6 people.
The lounge area - at the back of the villa overlooks the pool and golf course. The larger of the two sofas converts into a queen size bed. We have provided plenty of varied entertainment; a digital cable television, Playstation 2, CD and radio, multi region DVD player and a selection of games, cards and books.
Breakfast Nook - is near the kitchen and has views the pool and the golf course. It is ideal for informal meals and quick snacks.
Kitchen - the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need in a home away from home; cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waste disposal unit, telephone and enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for 16 place settings and plenty of cooking equipment and utensils.
1st Master Bedroom has views of the golf course and patio doors lead directly to the covered lanai. This room has a queen sized bed, cable television, clock/radio alarm and telephone, a large walk in closet, with plenty of hanging space and a chest of drawers.
The ensuite bathroom also doubles as a pool bathroom with an access door leading directly to the pool area. It has a shower, toilet, wash basin with a large lit mirror over and a hairdryer.
2nd Master Bedroom - has a double bed, cable television, clock/radio alarm, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe.
The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over, toilet, vanity unit with a large lit mirror and a hairdryer.Twin Bedrooms - the villa has two twin bedrooms, each comprising twin beds, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, cable television and clock.
Bathroom - this is the main family bathroom in the villa. It is near the twin bedrooms and has a bath with shower over, toilet and a large lit mirror and vanity unit. There is also a cupboard with an ample supply of towels, bathrooms scales and linen hamper.
Pool Area - the pool is within a screened patio area. Florida glass has been added to the bottom panel of the screen enclosure for added privacy. The pool is protected by a safety fence, which is removable for adult only parties but current law states it should be kept in position if children are present. Thre are built in steps at one end for easy access and a seat the other end. The pool has underwater lighting and heating, which is advisable during the winter months.
The pool area includes a covered lanai, a great asset in the hot Florida sun, and overlooks the golf course. The patio table and chairs, sun loungers and outside lighting make it a great place any time of day or night be it for breakfast of for an evening BBQ or alfresco drink at the end of a busy day.
The villa is serviced and maintained by our management company on a regular basis.
